Both of it are a different career way with a different character of people who can enter. I was an entrepreneur, but now i’m a professional. Why do i change my career way?Hmm…actually i can’t say it as a turning moment of my life, but it’s the right way to reach all of my dreams.

As a professional, i feel a very different environment from my previous environment as a entrepreneur. As a professional, i feel my space movement are very limited. Maybe because i used to be an entrepreneur, where my authority are very wide.

When you want to be an entrepreneur, all you need only two. Initiave and non fault phobia attitude. When you have that attitude in yourself, then it will flow to be your career way. Why that two attitudes? Because the difficult thing in entrepreneurship is how to start it. And the other thing is how to overcome your faults.

When you are an entrepreneur, you can’t avoid loss. Every success entrepreneur have felt loss. I was too, almost 50 millions. But it didn’t stop us. Because we love to do business. If you don’t love do business, only search the profit, then i suggest you not to do business.

Different things happen at the time i changed my career to be a professional. What i don’t like is when i feel my authority is far smaller than before. The transparent thing has gone. All of the things depend on the boss. And skilled person are needed here. But when you do fault, wait for the punishment.

In entrepreneurship, you don’t need skills, you can learn it by doing. You don’t have to be afraid when you do fault, because you are the boss.

But important thing, do the business because you love it.
